At MIHP Productions, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality design, printing, and event services. To ensure smooth operations and mutual understanding, please review our terms and policies below.
1. Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time an order or service is booked.
No design, printing, or event work will begin until the deposit has been received.
The final balance is due in full before any printing, release of digital files, or event services.
For events, all invoices must be paid in full prior to the scheduled date.
2. Approval & Proofing
Clients will receive a proof or draft before final printing.
A signed Approval Form is required before MIHP Productions proceeds with printing or production.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all content (spelling, grammar, images, dates, times, etc.). MIHP Productions is not responsible for errors once the proof has been approved and signed.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client remains responsible for any costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
No refunds are issued once printing, production, or event preparation has started.
4. Turnaround & Deadlines
Standard turnaround times will be discussed at the time of booking.
Rush orders may incur additional fees.
MIHP Productions is not responsible for delays due to late approvals, incomplete information, or delayed payments.
5. Events & Services
For event services, all details (venue, guest count, design elements, etc.) must be finalized before the final payment deadline.
MIHP Productions reserves the right to withhold services if payments are not made in full by the agreed deadline.
6. Copyright & Usage
All original designs, graphics, and layouts created by MIHP Productions remain the property of MIHP Productions, LLC until full payment is received.
MIHP Productions reserves the right to display samples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
By submitting payment or signing an approval form, the client agrees to all terms and policies set forth by MIHP Productions, LLC.
